An amazing team of global online teachers forms our Acharya network. "Acharya" is a Sanskrit word that denotes a teacher, a leader, and an influential mentor. Many of our acharyas have thriving professional careers, some are postgraduate students, some are retired professors with PhDs. Some also have advanced degrees in education. What they all share is an obsession with quality and a passion for teaching.

Nikhil Sir
Nikhil is an IIM Ahmedabad alumnus who works as a managing partner at a top global consulting firm. He has a deep love of the Hindi language and is originally from Bihar. Nikhil is an avid reader and excels in relationship-building and strategy. |
Anu Ma'am
Anu has a Masters in a life sciences related discipline and has been an early and enthusiastic supporter of making English lessons accessible for students in rural India. She believes that the curriculum in India's schools should reflect the ancient glory and heritage of India as well as make the world accessible to her students through teaching English in a simple and easy way. |
Geeta Ma'am
Geeta Ma'am has a PhD in Sanskrit and a Masters in Education. She loves studying Hindi literature (both prose and poetry). Geeta Ma'am has an enduring respect for India's incredible multicultural heritage. |
Java Ma'am
Java has a PhD in Spanish literature and is also an IIM Ahmedabad alumna. Java believes in the transformative power of teaching. She is equally proficient in English, Hindi, and Spanish, and loves to explore the literature and art of the bygone era. |
Sushama Ma'am
Sushama has an M.A. in Hindi as well as a Bachelor's in Education (B.Ed). Sushama loves to discuss and teach Hindi literature. She believes in the power of education to transform mindsets and lives. |
Viren Sir
Viren is an independent consultant who works across the areas of market analysis, strategy, and business scaling. He has a special interest in providing a platform for Indian artisans to retail their handmade products. He is an IIM Calcutta alumnus. |
Shyamali Ma'am
Shyamali Ma'am is a retired teacher with several decades of teaching history and other subjects in Hindi medium schools. She believes that an understanding of history can help guide humanity in the right direction. |

Rahul is an IIT Kanpur alumnus with 25+ years of experience with global retail consulting and agile analytics strategy. He loves Hindi literature and has worked for companies like IBM, Colgate Palmolive, and Publix. Rahul also has an MBA from IIM Calcutta. |

We are looking for volunteer teachers to teach Class X to Class XII for Bihar Board Syllabus in Hindi. Our acharyas are passionate about teaching and seek to empower disadvantaged communities through education. In the process they learn how to build their online teaching and public speaking skills and share best practices within a like-minded community.
हम स्वयंसेवी शिक्षकों को हिंदी में बिहार बोर्ड पाठ्यक्रम के लिए दसवीं से बारहवीं कक्षा को पढ़ाने के लिए देख रहे हैं। हमारे आचार्य शिक्षा के बारे में भावुक हैं और शिक्षा के माध्यम से वंचित समुदायों को सशक्त बनाना चाहते हैं। प्रक्रियाओं में वे अपने ऑनलाइन शिक्षण और सार्वजनिक बोलने के कौशल का निर्माण करना सीखते हैं और समान विचारधारा वाले समुदाय के भीतर सर्वोत्तम प्रथाओं को साझा करते हैं।
